Если многие разработчики массового софта даже не тестируют свои продукты на двух экранах,
то чего удивляться, что решение для переносного рабочего места с двумя экранами вышло только сейчас.
Типичная хрень — сплеш-скрин показывается между экранами :)

Ниша узкая и платежеспособная. Нормальное стационарное рабочее место с двумя экранами стоит в районе 4-5 тыс. у.е.
Так что за 5-6 они в РФ вполне могут пойти, при должном продвижении.

Два экрана, пусть даже и не очень большие, гораздо удобнее(!) одного широкоэкранного монстра.
— Например, можно развернуть браузер (любой документ) на весь экран и еще место останется :)
Фотошоп слева — панельки на отдельном экране справа.
Слева софтина на полный экран — справа отладчик/консоль.
Справа документ с комментариями, слева рабочие картинки-материалы.
