12 августа elance.com внёс изменения в правила работы на бирже. Теперь при регистрации нельзя указать страну проживания Беларусь. И все существующим аккаунтам из Беларуси предложено в тридцатидневный срок свернуть всю деятельность.

Because of this, your Elance account has been deactivated. For accounts that have active clients, you will have 30 days to close out any existing engagements.
